Backend, web, mobile, cloud and AI work on live client systems, reviewed by the engineers who will keep running it.
Collaboration
We partner with engineers and small teams across America on real client work. You keep your own setup, your own hours and your own name; we bring the clients, the review and the standards we hold our own code to.
01 · What we collaborate on
Most partnerships start with one of these. They tend not to stay there.
Backend, web, mobile, cloud and AI work on live client systems, reviewed by the engineers who will keep running it.
Ongoing remote positions on engagements we already hold, worked from wherever you live.
Delivery alongside us on named client work, from first scope through to day-two operation.
02 · How it works
We read your public work before we ever ask you for a CV.
We look at what you have built: GitHub, a portfolio, anything you point us at. Then we talk. The call is with an engineer, not a recruiter.
We start with something small and real. Both sides find out how the other works before anyone commits to more.
As the work proves out, the scope widens, and so does what it returns, month by month. For people who want one, it can become a full-time seat on the team.
03 · What you get
Start with one project. As engagements widen, so does what they return each month. This is built to compound rather than to stay flat.
Collaboration can turn into a permanent seat for anyone who wants one. Plenty of people would rather it did not, and that is fine too.
Calls, documents, code review and commit messages, all in English, with the engineers doing the work rather than a manager relaying it.
Reviewed, tested, and built to last, the same standard we hold our own code to. Nothing you would be embarrassed to show later.
04 · Questions
No. Every collaboration is remote, and you work from where you already are.
Public work we can read, and evident care in how it is built. Years matter less than what your code says about you.
Say so in your first message. Small engagements are how most of these start anyway.
